Disable PDF Viewer on Google Chrome

Google Chrome is a best browser that can open PDF file really fast, and there's no need to install a program to open it. If you open a PDF file in the web, the file will be opened directly on google chrome window. But opening in your browser only have few controls such as:

Fit page,

Fit width,

Zoom out,

Zoom in,

Save,

And Print

That's why some people more likely to open the PDFs in adobe reader because it have more tools and features.


So if you want to open or download the PDF file from stand alone apps, you need to disable the PDF viewer, and you can do it by following this easy steps:

First of all, of course you need to open your google chrome.
Then write "about:plugins" in address bar and press Enter.

  
After that scroll down your mouse and search Chrome PDF Viewer in the page.

Click Disable and now you are ready to open PDFs in standalone apps like adobe reader

It's easy, isn't?? if you change your mind you can back to enable it again.
